  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During busy periods (such as sales or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship within the UK (and can specify international shipping if applicable).

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Delays

Please note that we are not responsible for postal or courier delays once an order has been dispatched. Unexpected circumstances (such as strikes, weather conditions, or customs delays) may impact delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@theglitterchest.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.

  • If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in investigating with the courier/postal service.
